September 29, 2009

Dear friends,

Brothers and sisters, this has been a productive six weeks as we have worked through the “One Month to Live” campaign.  I have been personally challenged and motivated to make some much-needed changes in my lifestyle.  What would I really do if I only had one month to live?  This question has allowed me to be free with my thinking and discerning with my time.  I hope you have been challenged by this six week series.

Well there are many things coming up quickly here at New Life Community Church and we want you to be aware of all the happenings around our church.

Coming Fall 2010

2This weekend:
Gordonsville Street Festival Outreach 9am-4pm

Our church will have a booth set up at the Gordonsville, VA street festival. This will be a great opportunity to share Christ, pray, and canvas this community with the gospel.  We will be doing personal invites to our church in Louisa.  Our prayers are being focused on this town as a possible future mission opportunity.  Even if you can only come for a few minutes, come by and join us in the town of Gordonsville.  We will be outside Blossoman Gas (beside Preddy's Funeral Home) on main street.  We will have coffee, water bottles, yummy homemade desserts to share, a give away basket, balloons, (hopefully face painting) and lots of info about our church, classes and fall festival.  We are still trying to find someone that is artistic and available for face painting.  If you can help out or have any other questions, please contact Cheryl Holland at clh0126@gmail.com or 540-223-2451
